Tall Striped Buttercream Cake with Drips, Dried Flowers and Cake Balls
This was another creation where I had free rein on the design for this 21st birthday cake and went OTT - I just can’t help myself :)
Striped drip cakes have been a favourite of mine for a long time and I decided to combine this with our Mermaid Shell Palm Dried Flower Set, which I absolutely love! You can’t see so well in the photos but it’s actually covered in glitter and is so sparkly.
I also added some extra dried flowers, using some florals from our Deluxe Dried Flower Box in Pink, Lilac & Peach. I used some of our Pink Cake Balls and added some White Silver Edible Lustre to some of the balls to give a beautiful shimmer effect.
Finally I added a candy lolly from Walkston Candy, who supply the best quality lollies.
